ARTICLE 15 <br /> <br /> OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br /> 15.1 Architectural Services to include: <br /> A. Architecture <br /> B. Structural Engineering <br /> C. Landscape Architecture <br /> D. Mechanical Engineering <br /> E. Electrical Engineering <br /> F. One (1) Colored Perspective Elevation and One (1) Colored <br /> Site Plan <br /> G. Interior Design <br /> 15.2 Services not included: A. Civil Engineering <br /> B. Soils Report <br /> <br /> If, for any reason, it becomes necessary for the Architect <br /> to perform any of the services not included, they shall do <br /> so only upon written consent of the Owner and will be <br /> considered an extra service outside of the Contract amount <br /> listed in Article 14.2, Basis of Compensation. Payment <br /> for additional services shall be based upon Article 14.4.1, <br /> Additional Services of the Architect. <br /> <br /> 18.3 Basic Architectural Services to include all meetings with <br /> Owner, City Staff, City 0fficia]s, and Contractor. <br /> <br /> 15.4 Other submittal material required by the City, such as <br /> Environmental impact Report, shall be the responsibility of <br /> the Owner. <br /> <br /> 15.5 Fees paid for securing approval of au{horities having <br /> jurisdiction over the project are by Owner. <br /> <br /> 15.6 Ihe Architect agrees to work closely with the Contractor <br /> within the terms of this contract but cannot guarantee the <br /> Contractor's performance, date of completion of <br /> construction, or what the final and actual construction <br /> costs will be.
