.......... #854014 <br /> 8/28/85 <br /> Rev. 10/4/85 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> EASEMENT FOR WATER LINE PURPOSES <br /> LOT 34C <br /> <br />All that real property situate in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />Being a portion of Lot 34C, as said lot is shown on Amended Parcel Map No. <br />4320, filed April 18, 1985 in Book 152 of Maps at page 99, Official Records of <br />Alameda County, the centerline of three lO-foot-wide easements are more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1 <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the most southeasterly corner of said Lot 34C, said point being <br />op the general northwesterly line of West Las Positas Boulevard; thence along <br />the general northeasterly line of said Lot 34C, N 27° 00' 47" W 56.30 feet to <br />the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being. on a curve concave to the <br />southeast having a radius of 1825.09 feet and to which point a radial line <br />bears N 21° 13' 19" W; thence southwesterly 36.00 feet along said <br />through a central angle of 1° 07' 49" to a point to which a radial line bears <br />N 22° 21' 07"'W; thence leaving said curve S 27° 00' 47" E 23.08 feet to a <br />point on the general northwesterly line of a public service easement as shown <br />on said Amended Parcel Map No. 4320, the sidelines of this easement are to be <br />lengthened or shortened to provide a uniform width of 10 feet. <br /> <br />Parcel 2 <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the most northerly corner of'said Lot 34C, said point being on <br />the general southeasterly line of Gibraltar Drive South; thence along the <br />general northeasterly line of said [or 34C, S 27° 00' 47" E 65.00 feet to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said general northeasterly line of <br />said Lot 34C, S 62° 59' 13" W 110.00 feet; thence N 72° 00' 42" W 33.26 feet <br />to a point on the general southeasterly line of a public service easement as <br />shown on said Amended Parcel Map No. 4320, the sidelines of this easement are <br />to be lengthened or shortened to provide a uniform width of 10 feet. <br /> <br />Parcel 3 <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the most northwesterly corner of said Lot 34C, said point being <br />on the general southeasterly line of Gibraltar Drive South; thence <br />northeasterly along the general southeasterly line of Gibraltar Drive South, <br />N 63° 12' 51" E 28.00 feet; thence leaving the general southeasterly line of <br />Gibraltar Drive South, S 26° 47' 09" E 33.00 feet to a point on the southerly <br />line of a public service easement as shown on said Amended Parcel Map No. <br />4320, said point also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing <br />southeasterly, S 26° 47' 09" E 23.00 feet to a point designated as Point "A"; <br />thence continuing S 26° 47' 09" E 315.00 feet to a point designated as Point <br />"B"; thence continuing S 26° 47' 09" E 154.00 feet to a point on the general <br />northwesterly line of a public service easement as shown on said Amended <br />Parcel Map No. 4320, the sidelines of this easements are to be lengthened or <br />shortened to provide a uniform width of 10 feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
