CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-501 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING DESIGNATION OF PRIMARY AND SECONDARY <br /> STRUCTURES OF CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT OVERLAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 15, 1985, the City Council <br /> introduced Ordinance No. 1225 establishing a Central <br /> Business District Overlay and adopted Resolution No. <br /> 85-500 adopting Design Guidelines for the downtown area; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the above actions, it is appropriate <br /> to approve and adopt a list of primary and secondary <br /> structures in the above district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council reviewed the staff report (SR 85:513) of the <br /> Director of Planning and Community Development which <br /> included an exhibit indicated the primary and secondary <br /> structures; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby adopts the attached Exhibit <br /> indicating the primary and secondary structures in the <br /> Central Business District and deletes the primary and <br /> secondary structures located at 275 and 261 Rose Avenue, <br /> 4473 Railroad Avenue, 420 Main Street, and 150 Neal <br /> Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 15, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> H R.
