CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-481 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED FROM CALLAHAN PENTZ, PLEASANTON <br /> - OLD SANTA RITA ROAD FOR COMMON AREA EASEMENTS WITHIN <br /> PM 4390 (ANDREWS/OWENS DRIVE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Callahan <br /> Pentz, Pleasanton - Old Santa Rita Road to the City of <br /> Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference, for purposes of <br /> dedication of common area easements within PM 4390 <br /> (Andrews/Owens Drive) for landscaping; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 15, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Acting Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed from Callahan Pentz, Pleasanton - Old <br /> Santa Rita Road to the City of Pleasanton for <br /> dedication of common area easements within PM 4390 <br /> (Andrews/Owens Drive) for landscaping is hereby accepted <br /> and the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 15, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> , MAYOR <br /> <br /> .
