September 11, 1985 884042 <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Okamura <br />Acting Director of Public Works <br />City of Pleasanton <br />Post Office Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, California 94566 <br /> <br />RE: McKinley Park <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Okamura: <br /> <br />This master plan is the result of the dedication and efforts of many people including <br />members of the public, City staff, the City Council and the Parks and Recreation <br />Department. <br /> <br />The report for this plan consists of three major elements: (1) the description of the park <br />site; (2) a description of the process leading up to completion of the plan; (3) the Master <br />Plan itself, a description of the elements planned for the park. <br /> <br />We at LandUse would like to express our appreciation to all those involved in the <br />development of this report and its Master Plan, especially Dolores Bengtson and Jon <br />Crawford, the individuals most closely involved with the project from its inception. <br /> <br />It is our hope that the recommendations described in this report will be implemented and <br />that the park will become one of the most beautiful parks in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />LandUse <br /> <br />Richard Larson <br />Landscape Architect <br /> <br />RL/gp <br /> <br /> <br />
