The 310-square-foot <br />addition will bring the total floor area to 2,659 square feet. The lot size is <br />7,000 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 33.6 percent, and the addition <br />will increase the floor area ratio to 38.0 percent. <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />14-foot high, 375-square-foot patio cover in the rear yard of the existing residence <br />located at 8519 Lupine Court. <br />Approved. <br />Application for a sign design review approval for a master sign program for Foothill <br />Corporate Center, an existing multi-tenant building located at 5821 Stoneridge Mall <br />Road. <br />Approved. <br />
