She supported the <br />fee increase and is anxious to move forward with improvements, but is hoping that regional <br />partners will return to the table with different language and acknowledge that State Route 84 is <br />extremely important to Pleasanton. <br />Motion: It was m/s by Sullivan/McGovern to defer approval on the fee until a Strategic <br />Expenditure Plan is adopted with a goal it be done in less than a year and one which everyone <br />can support.
