CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-449 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN-PENTZ <br /> PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY <br /> 40,725 SQ. FT. BUILDING ON AN APPROXIMATELY 2.7 ACRE <br /> SITE, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF WILLOW ROAD BETWEEN <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE AND GIBRALTAR DRIVE (PUD-81-30-31D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties has applied for design <br /> approval for an approximately 40,725 sq. ft. <br /> single-story office/research and development building on <br /> an approximately 2.7 acre site, located on the west side <br /> of Willow Road between Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar <br /> Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 17, 1985 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br /> with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Callahan-Pentz Properties <br /> for design approval for an approximately 40,725 sq. ft. <br /> single-story office/research and development building on <br /> an approximately 2.7 acre site, located on the west side <br /> of Willow Road between Stoneridge Drive and Gibraltar <br /> Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
