EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PUD-81-30-32D <br /> <br /> 1. That the development substantially conform to the revised <br /> plans, Exhibit A dated 9/11/85, on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Hopyard Road frontage property encroachment issue be <br /> resolved prior to issuance to a building permit. <br /> <br /> 3. That the application provide a recorded, 26 ft. access <br /> easement to the Zone 7 Alameda County Flood Control District <br /> and construct a 30 ft. wide sliding access gate along the <br /> Arroyo Mocho Canal to the satisfaction of the Flood Control <br /> District. <br /> <br /> 4. That approval of case PUD-81-30-32D shall be subject to all <br /> conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map <br /> No. 3858. <br /> <br /> 5. That the eastern entrance shall include a minimum of three <br /> lanes; two out and one in, the details of which shall be <br /> worked out between the staff and the applicant. <br /> <br />6. That the development shall be subject to the conditions of <br /> approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the Hacienda <br /> Business Park. <br /> <br />7.
