CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-448 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF THE KOLL COMPANY FOR <br /> DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF A TWO-STORY, 107,000 SQ. FT. <br /> GARDEN OFFICE COMPLEX ON 7.3 ACRES LOCATED ON THE <br /> SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD AND <br /> HOPYARD ROAD (LOT 20, HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK) <br /> (PUD-81-30-32D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Koll Company has applied for design review approval <br /> for a two-story, 107,000 sq. ft., garden office complex <br /> on an approximately 7.3 acre site located on the <br /> southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and <br /> Hopyard Road (Lot 20, Hacienda Business Park) <br /> (PUD-81-30-32D); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Imp0act Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 17, 1985 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br /> with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of the Koll Company for <br /> design review approval for an approximately 107,000 sq. <br /> ft., two-story garden office complex on an approximately <br /> 7.3 acre site located on the southeast corner of West <br /> Las Positas Boulevard and Hopyard Road (Lot 20, Hacienda <br /> Business Park), subject to the conditions listed in <br /> Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
