CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-446 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 38 UNIT TOWNHOUSE <br /> PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 2.6 ACRES LOCATED AT 4089 AND <br /> 4129 STANLEY BOULEVARD (PUD-85-7) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 17, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br /> and development plan approval for the construction of a <br /> 38 unit townhouse project on an approximately 2.6 acre <br /> site located at 4089 and 4129 Stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated September 11, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan approval would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning and <br /> development plan approval for the construction of a 38 <br /> unit townhouse project on an approximately 2.6 acre site <br /> located at 4089 and 4129 Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
