CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-430 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW FOR A 180 UNIT <br /> APARTMENT COMPLEX ON AN APPROXIMATELY 13 ACRE SITE <br /> LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF STONERIDGE DRIVE BETWEEN <br /> PLEASANT HILL DRIVE AND SPRINGDALE AVENUE (AP-85-8) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 24, 1985, the Design ReView Board <br /> approved the application of Stoneson Development Corpo- <br /> ration to construct a 216-unit apartment complex on an <br /> approximately 13 acre site located on the south side of <br /> Stoneridge Drive between Pleasant Hill Drive, Springdale <br /> Avenue and the Gold Creek drainage to the south; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resident in the adjacent residential neighborhood <br /> appealed this decision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br /> September 3, 1985 at which time the applicant and any <br /> other member of the public was offered an opportunity <br /> to present evidence regarding this appeal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> September 3, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the public hearing concerns were raised regarding <br /> on-site parking, proposed densities for the site and <br /> exact size of the site; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the appeal of the Design Review Board <br /> decision and modifies the application of Stoneson <br /> Development Corporation for design review approval to <br /> construct a 180-unit apartment complex on an approxi- <br /> mately 13 acre site located on the south side of <br /> Stoneridge Drive between Pleasant Hill Drive, Spring-. <br /> dale Avenue and the Gold Creek drainage to the south <br /> with the colors changed to adobe stucco with dark <br /> wood colored tiles and otherwise approving the project, <br /> subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
