CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-429 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE <br /> APPLICATION OF STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR <br /> DESIGN REVIEW OF A 180-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON AN <br /> APPROXIMATELY 13 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE BETWEEN PLEASANT HILL DRIVE AND <br /> SPRINGDALE AVENUE (AP-85-8) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 3, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for <br /> design review approval for construction of a 180-unit <br /> apartment complex on an approximately 13 acre site <br /> located on the south side of Stoneridge Drive between <br /> Pleasant Hill Drive and Springdale Avenue (AP-85-8); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated July 17, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the <br /> Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary <br /> evidence presented at the public hearing that there may <br /> be significant impacts on the environment, but that the <br /> developer has agreed to mitigation measures to render <br /> these potential impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for <br /> design review approval for construction of a 180-unit <br /> apartment complex on an approximately 13 acre site <br /> located on the south side of Stoneridge Drive between <br /> Pleasant Hill Drive and Springdale Avenue (AP-85-8). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 3, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
