document. Professional graphic design assistance shall include <br /> the following: <br /> <br /> a. Update the existing General Plan Map (1"=2000') <br /> including the revision of land use designations and streets, <br /> as necessary, to produce camera ready artwork for printing; <br /> <br /> b. Design and lay out a General Plan booklet including <br /> <br /> preparation of camera ready artwork consisting of <br /> 'approximately 45 figures and approximately 30 photographs <br /> <br /> (photographs will be provided by the City); <br /> <br /> c. Submit all graphic design work required for the <br /> General Plan Coordinator to complete his tasks according to <br /> the schedule attached as Exhibit 1. Preparation of graphic <br /> design work will be contingent upon timely receipt of data <br /> and documents necessary for inclusion in the General Plan <br /> graphics as described above. <br /> <br /> 3. Sufficiency__o~_~q~_k. Consultant agrees that all <br />professional graphic design work shall be adequate and sufficient <br />to meet the purposes for which it is performed. Consultant <br />represents to City, and City is relying upon the representation, <br />that his work will conform to the professional standards normally <br />exercised by professional graphic design consultants in the state <br />of California. <br /> <br /> 4. Title to Work. All documents, data, studies, surveys, <br />drawings, maps, and reports furnished to Consultant by City, as <br />well as all such documents, data, studies, surveys, drawings, <br /> <br /> - 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
