CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-419 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION SYSTEM, PROJECT NO. <br /> 85-15, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO DLT <br /> LANDSCAPING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, work by DLT Landscaping on the installation of automatic <br /> irrigation systems for miscellaneous government <br /> buildings and parks, Project No. 85-15, has been <br /> satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The work on the installation of automatic irrigation <br /> systems for miscellaneous government buildings and parks <br /> is hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $15,997.50 in favor of DLT <br /> Landscaping in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the above-accepted work on Project No. <br /> 85-15.
