-. <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />ASSESSOR'S 946-3630-5 BERNAL AVENUE <br /> REALIGNMENT (FEE) <br /> <br /> A parcel of land situate in the City of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of <br />Parcel 2-3 as shown on Right-of-Way Record Map, Bernal Avenue <br />Realignment filed October 11, 1965, in Map Book 43, page 99A, <br />Alameda County Records (AX-140761), being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the northwesterly <br />line of the Western Pacific Railroad Company operating <br />right-of-way line with the southerly right-of-way line of <br />County Road 2000, also known as Bernal Avenue, as shown on <br />said Right-of-Way Record Map; <br /> <br /> thence S.32°47'03"W., along said northwesterly <br />line, a distance of 274.41 feet to the most southerly corner <br />of that certain Parcel 2-1, as shown on said Right-of-Way <br />Record Map, which was heretofore conveyed from the Western <br />Pacific Railroad Company to the City of Pleasanton by Grant <br />Deed dated May 25, 1970, and the True Point of Beginning; <br /> <br /> thence continuing S.32°47'03"W., along said north- <br />westerly line, a distance of 225.59 feet to the most easterly <br />corner of that certain parcel of land heretofore conveyed <br />from the Western Pacific Railroad Company to the City of <br />Pleasanton by Grant Deed dated February 26, 1981, being a <br />portion of Parcel 2-3, as shown on said Right-of-Way Record <br />Map; <br /> <br /> thence N.57°12'57"W., along the northeasterly line <br />of said parcel of land conveyed by deed dated February 26, <br />1981, a distance of 150.0 feet; <br /> <br /> thence N.32°47'O3"E., a distance of 171.22 feet to <br />the most westerly corner of said Parcel 2-1; <br /> <br /> 'thence S.77°08'25"E., along the southwesterly line <br />of said Parcel 2-1, a distance of 159.55 feet to the True <br />Point of Begimning. <br /> <br /> Containing an area of 0.683 of an acre, more or <br />less. <br /> <br /> <br />
