CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-402 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A TWO AND THREE <br /> STORY RETIREMENT HOTEL COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRE <br /> ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FOOTHILL ROAD AND STONERIDGE <br /> DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 20, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for development <br /> plan approval to construct a two and three story, <br /> 132-unit retirement hotel complex on an approximately <br /> 2.5 acre site located on the southeast corner of <br /> Foothill Road and Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated July 17, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development <br /> plan approval to construct a two and three story, <br /> 132-unit retirement hotel complex on an approximately <br /> 2.5 acre site located on the southeast corner of <br /> Foothill Road and Stoneridge Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
