Continued from October 7 -Public Hearing: PUD-72, Jerome and Laura Raney -Consider <br />an application for Planned Unit Development rezoning of two parcels totaling approximately <br />.51 acres from the RM-1,500 (Multiple-Family Residential) District to the PUD-HDR (Planned <br />Unit Development -High Density Residential) District and development plan approval to <br />construct three new residences at 4715, 4715-B, and 4693 Augustine Street <br />14. Report regarding City Council Priority for Upper Bernal Fields and approve consultant <br />agreement with Harris Design Landscape Architects for preparation of construction <br />documents for Bernal Community Park, Phase 2, Project No. 017045 <br />15. Public Hearing: Adopt a resolution updating the Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee <br />16.
