Exhibit "A" Scope of Services to be provided by Alexander and Associates, Inc. Alexander and Associates, Inc. shall provide subdivision map checking including certification (on the face of the map) that that the map is technically correct as required by Section 66442 (4)(b) of the California Subdivision Map Act including, but not limited to, the following: • After preliminary review of the map and any other documents used in the preparation of the subdivision map, prepare a written estimate of cost to conduct the map check. • Check map including the review of all title reports, subdivision maps, closure calculations, adjoining deeds and any other documents used in the preparation of the subdivision map. • After each plan check prepare written comments along with ared-lined copy of the map check to the City. • When the map check is completed and the consultant feels the map is technically correct in accordance the California Subdivision Map Act, consultant shall certify on the face of the map that the map is technically correct.
