I. Compensation Compensation for this project will be on a time and material basis as follows: A. Supplemental Topographic Survey .................................... $9,600 B. Base Map ....................................................... $5,000 C. Improvement Plans ............................................... $19,800 D. Signing and Striping Plan ........................................... $2,800 E. Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs ...................... $2,800 F. Coordination and Meetings .......................................... $6,600 G. Landscape Plans ................................................. $15.000 Total: S61,600 II. Other Items A. Compensation for Additional Services: Compensation for additional services will be made in accordance with the Rate and Expense Schedules per Exhibit "B-1"attached hereto. B. Compensation for Reproduction Work: Reproduction work will be billed at Consultant's cost plus 15% per the attached Exhibit "B-1" C. Wage Increase: The fee for any work under Paragraph I of Exhibit "A" will be performed on a fixed fee or at an hourly rate per Exhibit "B-1" up to July 31, 2009. The fee for work which has been authorized and could not be reasonably completed prior to July 31, 2009 shat l annual ly on August 1 be increased proportionatelyto the increases incosts incuaed byRuggeri-Jensen- Azar & Associates for labor and expenses.
