sanitary sewer, a structural control such as a sand filter or oil/ water separator <br />shall be used, and a sign shall be posted prohibiting the dumping of hazardous <br />materials. Other methods may be used subject to the approval of the Chief <br />Building Official. The restaurant owner shall instruct employees to conduct all <br />washing activities in this area. <br />58. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, or leaf blowing between <br />the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 am. <br />59. The applicant shall reimburse the Safeway Corporation their pro-rata share of the <br />sidewalk installed across the Stoneridge Mall Road project frontage. Said pro- <br />rata share shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />Construction Requirements <br />60. All construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday. In addition, no construction shall be allowed on <br />Federal or State Holidays and the applicant shall create a modified construction <br />schedule to mitigate any disruptions or conflicts caused by construction activities <br />during the busy Holiday shopping periods (i.e., the day after Thanksgiving and <br />the two weeks before and after December 25th). The modified construction <br />schedule shall be subject to review and approval by the Director of Planning and <br />Community Development. The applicant shall post and maintain a sign at the <br />entrance to the site with the approved days and hours of construction as <br />notification to all job site workers. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with <br />muffling devices. <br />61. A construction trailer shall be allowed to be placed on the project site for daily <br />administration/coordination purposes during the construction period. At no time <br />shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed <br />from the site at the end of each workday. <br />62. Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during <br />times of construction. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or <br />procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br />63. The project developer shall submit a waste generation disposal and diversion <br />plan to the Planning Division prior to construction. The plan shall include the <br />estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the <br />project developer shall strive to recycle at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the <br />job site construction and demolition waste. Proof of compliance shall be <br />provided to the Director of Planning and Community Development prior to final <br />inspection.
