CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-384 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 56 UNIT TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON AN APPROXIMATELY 9.3 ACRE SITE BOUNDED BY STONERIDGE DRIVE TO THE NORTH, HIGHWAY 1-680 TO THE EAST AND STONEDALE DRIVE TO THE WEST (PUD-85-12) WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 6, 1985, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for a 56 unit townhouse complex on an approximately 9.3 acre site bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway 1-680 to the east and Stonedale Drive to the west (PUD-85-12); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 17, 1985 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed PUD zoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Mitigated Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that the developer has agreed to mitigation measures to render these potential impacts insignificant. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for a 56 unit townhouse complex on an approximately 9.3 acre site bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway 1-680 to the east and Stonedale Drive to the west (PUD-85-12). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
