CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-384 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br /> FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 56 <br /> UNIT TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON AN APPROXIMATELY 9.3 ACRE SITE <br /> BOUNDED BY STONERIDGE DRIVE TO THE NORTH, HIGHWAY 1-680 <br /> TO THE EAST AND STONEDALE DRIVE TO THE WEST (PUD-85-12) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 6, 1985, the City Council <br /> received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for a <br /> 56 unit townhouse complex on an approximately 9.3 acre <br /> site bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway <br /> 1-680 to the east and Stonedale Drive to the west <br /> (PUD-85-12); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated July 17, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed PUD zoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Mitigated <br /> Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the <br /> Initial Study, and the testimony and documentary <br /> evidence presented at the public hearing that there may <br /> be significant impacts on the environment, but that the <br /> developer has agreed to mitigation measures to render <br /> these potential impacts insignificant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration for a 56 <br /> unit townhouse complex on an approximately 9.3 acre site <br /> bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway 1-680 <br /> to the east and Stonedale Drive to the west (PUD-85-12). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
