CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-381 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF CALLAHAN-PENTZ <br /> PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR A TWO-BUILDING <br /> COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 5.0 ACRES LOCATED AT 5751 <br /> GIBRALTAR DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Callahan-Pentz Properties has applied for design <br /> approval for a two building, 83,571 sq. ft. research and <br /> development/light industrial complex on an approximately <br /> 5.0 acre site located at 5751 Gibraltar Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 6, 1985 and <br /> testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br /> including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br /> with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Callahan-Pentz Properties <br /> for design approval of a two building, 83,571 sq. ft. <br /> research and development/light industrial complex on an <br /> approximately 5.0 acre site located at 5751 Gibraltar <br /> Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
