- Chairperson Kumazan inquired as to the status of the ordinance to restrict visible development west of <br />Foothill. Mr. Iserson stated he will provide the Commission with the existing Ordinance and <br />background reports that were written when the Foothill Road Overlay District was created. This will <br />acquaint the Commission with the requirements and background for structuring an approach to a <br />modified ordinance. <br />Commissioner Roberts noted an item that was on the Alameda County's Planning Commission agenda <br />relating to a parcel of land at 114 Castlewood Drive and expressed concern with this building's visibility. <br />Mr. Iserson stated he will contact the Alameda County Planning Commission to obtain details relating to <br />this property. <br />Commissioner Maas inquired as to the status of construction of a house in Moller Ranch and requested <br />that staff provide an update on construction of that property. <br />Further, she expressed concern with well work that was done by Alameda County on Valley Avenue and <br />the effects on landscaping in that azea. <br />Commissioner Maas requested that future staff reports provide the planners' full name and not just the <br />planner's initials. <br />Further, Commissioner Maas expressed concern with code enforcement in the City of Pleasanton. Mr. <br />Iserson stated that the City's policy has not been to pursue code enforcement and violations unless there <br />is a complaint filed. Commissioner Cooper stated he would like the City to take a proactive role in code <br />enforcement on structures that would result in more even-handed enforcement. <br />Commissioner Cooper raised an issue relating to the excessive closure of Main Street for Good Guys <br />Car Shows and stated there should be a public review of issues.
