ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Jerry Iserson, Principal Planner; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Roger Higdon, City Engineer; and Shazon Piserchio, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Debra Barker, Jack Dove, Kris Kumazan, Bob Wright, and <br />Chair Geoff Cooper <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the January 14, 1998, meeting were approved with the following revisions: <br />Commissioner Kumaran amended page 12, pazagraph 2, sentence 4, to read as follows: "He further <br />commented that the fair and fair grounds events should not negatively interfere with the surrounding <br />areas, noting that the noise and traffic concerns aze very vital." <br />Commissioner Kumaran also amended page 12, paragraph 2, to delete sentence 5. <br />
