EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />For the period commencing July 1, 1985, and ending June 30, 1985, <br />the salary and supplementary benefits for the City Attorney shall <br />be as follows: <br /> <br />I. Salary: The salary for fiscal year 1985-86 shall be <br /> $4,675.00 per month or $56,100.00 annually, <br /> effective July 1, 1985. <br /> <br />II. Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br /> A. Medical. Fully paid premiums for either the City Blue <br /> Cross Plan or the Kaiser "S" Plan with optical and <br /> prescription drug options. <br /> <br /> B. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> C. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance <br /> with a value equal to twice the annual salary of the <br /> employee. <br /> <br /> D. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term <br /> disability insurance. <br /> <br /> E. Vacation. The same vacation schedule as established for <br /> City Management employees. <br /> <br /> F. Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative leave <br /> per fiscal year not to be taken in conjunction with <br /> annual vacation and to be reimbursed twice each year, <br /> January and July, if not taken,as established for City <br /> Management employees. <br /> <br /> G. Credit Union. Payroll deduction available to <br /> participate in City and County Credit Union. <br /> <br /> H. Holidays. The same holidays as established for City <br /> Management employees. <br /> <br /> I. Vehicle Usaqe. Unrestricted use of a vehicle furnished <br /> by the City, provided the City Attorney shall have the <br /> option of licensing said vehicle and shall pay for any <br /> gasoline related to the personal use thereof. <br /> <br /> J. Retirement System. State Public Employees Retirement <br /> System (PERS). City will pay employee's share of PERS <br /> costs (seven percent). <br /> <br /> K. Deferred Compensation. Option to participate in <br /> deferred compensation program. <br /> <br /> <br />
