CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-355 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA FOR GRADING AND ASSOCIATED PERMITS TO ALLOW VARIOUS IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 16, 1985, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Prudential Insurance Company of America for grading and associated permits to allow various improvements as follows: 1. Mass grading of approximately two hundred forty (240) acres of land ("Site") north of Hacienda Business Park ("Park") Phase I. The Site is bound on the north by 1-580, on the east by the Tassajara Creek and on the west by Old Hopyard Road. 2. Construct a reinforced concrete box culvert bridge structure in the Chabot Canal east of the existing extension of Owens Drive, approximately one thousand (1,000) feet north of the Hacienda Business Park Phase I property line. 3. Rough excavate for future streets and install storm drain mainlines, manholes and erosion control facilities. 4. Mound dirt within the Site at the location of and in the configuration of the future freeway interchange at Hacienda Drive and 1-580; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 8, 1985 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental.impacts of the proposed grading permit; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the grading and associated permits would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment:
