RESOLUTION NO. 85-350 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION FURTHER AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 82-175 <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-4 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br />On May 25, 1982, this Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 82-175, "Resolution of Intention to Order Improvement in North <br />Pleasanton Improvement District", as later amended. Resolution <br />No. 82-175 is hereby further amended to read: <br /> <br /> By deleting therefrom the following: <br /> <br /> "Serial bonds representing unpaid assessments, and bearing <br /> interest at the maximum rate permitted by law per annum, <br /> will be issued in the manner provided by the Improvment <br /> Bond Act of 1915 (Division 10, Streets and Highways Code), <br /> and the last installment of the bonds shall mature not to <br /> exceed twenty-four (24) years from the second day of July <br /> next succeeding ten (10) months from their date." <br /> <br /> And substituting therefor the following: <br /> <br /> "Serial bonds representing unpaid assessments, and bearing <br /> interest at not to exceed the maximum rate permitted by <br /> law per annum, will be issued in the manner provided by <br /> the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 (Division 10, Streets and <br /> Highways Code), and the last installment of the bonds <br /> shall mature not to exceed twenty-four (24) years from the <br /> second day of September next succeeding twelve (12) months <br /> from their date." <br /> <br /> , , , <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br />and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br />the 16th day of July, 1985. <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes~ Butler ~ Mohr~ Wood ~ and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br /> JAMES R.
