EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> Conditions of Approval PUD-81-30-28D <br /> <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the <br /> revised site plan, elevations, grading plan, sign design and <br /> landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br />2. That elevations for all trash enclosures shall be submitted <br /> to the Planning Department for approval prior to issuance of <br /> a building permit. <br /> <br />3. That the development shall be subject to all conditions of <br /> approval of Ordinance No. 1109 reapproving the Hacienda <br /> Business Park. <br /> <br />4. That the joint use driveway located on the western property <br /> line be constructed in total and a simple wood header be <br /> installed along the unfinished western side of this driveway. <br /> <br />5. That no additional signing be installed on the subject <br /> property without prior City approval. <br /> <br />6. That the applicant apply for and be issued all required City <br /> permits prior to the installation of the sign. <br /> <br />7. That approval of case PUD-81-30-28D shall be subject to all <br /> conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 approving Parcel Map <br /> 3858. <br /> <br />8. That the common access drive in he northwest corner of the <br /> subject site be revised as required by the City Engineer,at <br /> the time of final design, to provide for safe and efficient <br /> traffic circulation with respect to the proposed Chabot Drive <br /> Extension directly across Inglewood Drive. <br /> <br />9. That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br /> Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br /> this case by reference except conditions 12, 13, 14, 29, 33, <br /> 46, 49 and 50. <br /> <br />10. That the mitigating measures as shown in the TJKM traffic <br /> report shall be carried out prior to occupancy of Dillingham <br /> unless staff has found it not necessary because of other <br /> mitigating measures. <br /> <br /> <br />
