CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-347 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF DILLINGHAM <br /> CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL FOR OFFICE <br /> BUILDING ON SIX ACRE SITE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br /> INGLEWOOD DRIVE AND CHABOT CANAL (PUD-81-30-28D) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dillingham Construction, Inc. has applied for design <br /> review approval for a three story, approximately 98,203 <br /> sq. ft. multi-tenant office building on an approximately <br /> six acre site located on the southwest corner of <br /> Inglewood Drive and the Chabot Canal (Site 14B) in the <br /> Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the Planning Commission meeting, <br /> Dillingham Construction requested the City Council to <br /> appove a slight redesign of the project which would add <br /> approximately 4,000 sq. ft., change the exterior windows <br /> and other exterior finish treatment, and modified the <br /> sign and landscape plan to incorporate five (5) <br /> additional parking spaces; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site (PUD-81-30) <br /> including the typical architectural and site designs for <br /> individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br /> or new information requiring additional environmental <br /> review; therefore, this application does not constitute <br /> a new project under CEQA and no new environmental <br /> documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 16, 1985 an testimony <br /> taken concerning the proposed project including its <br /> design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 <br /> and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Dillingham Construction, <br /> Inc. for design review approval for a three story, <br /> approximately 102,200 sq. ft. multi-tenant office <br /> building on an approximately six acre site located on <br /> the southwest corner of Inglewood Drive and the Chabot <br /> Canal (Site 14B) in the Hacienda Business Park, subject <br /> to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
