CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-328 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR <br /> 1985-86 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager presented a staff report to the City <br /> Council outlining a Proposed Capital Improvement Program <br /> for fiscal year 1985-86; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a meeting was held on June 10, 1985 where the Proposed <br /> Capital Improvement Program was reviewed and a public <br /> hearing was held to afford the public the opportunity to <br /> comment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon review of the Proposed Capital Improvement Program <br /> for fiscal year 1985-86 as presented by the City Manager <br /> in Staff Report 85:318, Council determined that certain <br /> amendments were necessary; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves and adopts the Capital <br /> Improvement Program for 1985-86 as contained in the <br /> Proposed Capital Improvement Program with the following <br /> changes: <br /> <br /> a. Increase the amount to repave driving and parking <br /> areas at Fire Station No. 3 by $28,500 to a total <br /> of $40,000. <br /> <br /> b. Add $26,800 for interim improvements to the exiting <br /> City Corporation Yard. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
