Ordinance No. 1983 Page 6 of 26 noise mitigations shall be submitted in conjunction with the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of Planning and Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. The applicant's noise consultant shall review the applicable noise mitigations shown on the building permit plans to ensure that the recommendations have been properly incorporated into the design. The consultant shall certify in writing that such recommendations have been followed. 35. The developer shall include within the apartment project design a fully screened location for a future satellite dish antenna satisfactory to the Director of Planning and Community Development or shall provide underground cable facilities to serve all users of the site. The developer shall indicate on the building permit plan check set whether underground cable will be provided and shall indicate the potential location of any future satellite dish, as applicable. 36. Window specifications and typical installation details shall be included with the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of Planning and Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. 37. The stucco finish shall be noted on the building permit plans and shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director of Planning and Community Development. 38. A "High-definition" composition roof material shall be used on the shed and gable roofs. A roof color/material sample or manufacturer's brochure shall be submitted to the Director of Planning and Community Development for review and approval prior to installation. 39. The approved building colors and materials shall be indicated on the final building permit plans. Any proposed revisions to these approved colors or materials must be submitted for review and approval by the Director of Planning and Community Development prior to painting/installation. 40. The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the building. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Director of Planning and Community Development. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. 41. All mechanical equipment shall be constructed in such a manner that noise emanating from it will not be perceptible beyond the property plane of the subject property in a normal environment for that zoning district. 6
