Adopt resolutions amending the master plan documents between the City of Pleasanton and <br />ICMA Retirement Corporation and the City of Pleasanton and CaIPERS 457 to permit loans to <br />eligible participants <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving the conduct of a special runoff election for elective offices in the <br />event of a tie vote at any municipal election <br />City Attorney <br />4. Approve lease with Metro PCS for cellular antenna facilities on City property located on <br />Santos Ranch Road water tank site <br />City Manager <br />5. Approve an amendment to the Alameda County Joint Exercise Powers Agreement for Waste <br />Management to require a simple majority vote for expenditure less than $500,000 <br />6.
