THE CITY OF <br />~ ~ :° ~r <br />PL~E~IS~4NTONe <br />Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Hearing <br />Human Services Commission <br />Wednesday, September 3, 2008; 7:00 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Ave., Pleasanton <br />At the meeting, representatives of agencies which received City of Pleasanton CDBG funds in FY 2007 <br />(07/08) will be given the opportunity to make brief presentations (i.e., about three minutes per project) <br />to the Human Services Commission regarding their respective projects. The presentations are intended <br />to clarify or amplify information which is not apparent in the statistics submitted by each agency, such <br />as specific accomplishments, successes or problems, or "human interest" elements of each project. <br />Agencies are encouraged to keep presentations brief to allow time (within the three minutes) for any <br />questions which Commissioners might wish to ask. <br />A general schedule and order for the presentations is listed below: <br />7:10 p.m. 1. ECHO Housing /Housing Counseling Services and Reverse Mortgage Program <br />(Marjorie Rocha /Cherisse Baptiste) <br />9. LARPD /Friendship Center (Maureen Gandara Swinbank) <br />10. Neighborhood Solutions /Housing Rehabilitation Program (Victoria Johnson) <br />7:55 p.m. 11. Pleasanton Gardens /Senior Housing Rehab. (Bruce Fiedler) <br />12. Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley / Alzheimers Case Management <br />(Marlene Petersen) <br />13. Spectrum Comm. Services /Senior Nutrition Programs (Annemarie Parrish) <br />14.
