and designed in a manner to minimize visual impacts; 5) that the project would comply with the <br />City's growth management ordinance which is contained in the conditions of approval; 6) every <br />effort would be made to develop a play area with consultation with City staff that maximizes <br />square footage to include apparatus consistent with the City's park standards, landscaping and <br />safe for all children; 7) requiring construction and demolition debris plan that strives to achieve <br />75% diversion; 8) and require water conservation strategies.
