Notices required to be given to Developer shall be addressed as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> The Prudential Insurance Company of America <br /> 4637 Chabot Drive, Suite 203 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br /> Notices required to be given surety or Developer shall be <br /> addressed as follows: <br /> <br /> Provided that any party or the surety may change such address by <br /> notice in writing to the other party and thereafter notices shall <br /> be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br /> <br /> 15. Binding on Land and Successors. All covenants, promises <br />and agreements contained in this agreement shall pertain to and <br />do hereby expressly run with the land controlled by Developer and <br />described in Recital C. This agreement shall bind and inure to <br />the parties hereto, including heirs, assigns, executors, <br />administrators, and all other parties whether they succeed by <br />operation of law or voluntary acts of Developer. Signatures and <br />execution of all parties shall be acknowledged before a notary <br />public.
