EXHIBIT A <br /> TO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS <br /> FOR CITY MANAGER JAMES R. WALKER <br /> <br />1. The annual salary for City Manager James R. Walker is $69,533, <br /> commencing May 13, 1985. <br /> <br />2. City Manager James R. Walker shall have the option of several <br /> alternate deferred compensation plans, provided that in no event <br /> shall annual salary plus 7% for the employees contribution to <br /> State Public Employees Retirement Plan exceed $74,400 annually or <br /> $6,200 monthly. <br /> <br />3. Supplementary Benefits: <br /> <br /> a. Medical. Fully paid premiums for the Kaiser "S" Plan with <br /> optical and prescription drug options. <br /> <br /> b. Dental. Fully paid premiums for dental insurance. <br /> <br /> c. Life Insurance. Fully paid premiums for life insurance with <br /> a value equal to twice the annual salary. <br /> <br /> d. Long Term Disability. Fully paid premiums for long term <br /> disability insurance. <br /> <br /> e. Vacation. Four weeks annual paid vacation. <br /> <br /> f. Holidays. The same holidays as established for city <br /> management employees. <br /> <br /> g. Retirement System. Membership in the State Public Employees <br /> Retirement System (PERS). City to pay 7.0% of employee <br /> contribution. <br /> <br /> h. Vehicle Allowance. A vehicle allowance of $200 per month for <br /> reimbursement of expenses related to use of private vehicle <br /> for city business. <br /> <br /> i. Administrative Leave. Seven days administrative leave per <br /> fiscal year not 'to be taken in conjunction with annual <br /> vacation and to be reimbursed twice each year, January and <br /> July, if not taken. <br /> <br /> <br />
