CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-295 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 13 ESTABLISHING NEW BUS STOPS ON FOOTHILL ROAD WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 18, 1985, the City Council received and discussed a report (SR 85:292) from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to adding two bus stops on Foothill Road and deleting four stops on Sunol Boulevard; and WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to add subsections 13f-5 and 13f-6 and to delete subsections 13s-1 through 13s-4; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding the following subsections to Section 13: "13f-5 On the east side of Foothill Road between Engineer's Station 6+28 and 6+88. 13f-6 On the west side of Foothill Road between Engineer's Station 7+72 and 8+32." Section 2: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by deleting subsections 13s-1 through 13s-4 from Section 13. Section 3: Directs staff to construct a four foot wide asphalt concrete path on the west side of Foothill Road from the bus stop northerly to Dublin Canyon Road, and a 10 foot long asphalt concrete landing on the east side of Foothill Road at the bus stop between the curb and the bike path. Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
