CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 85-285 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A MODIFICATION OF THE HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK PUD TO AMEND LAND USE, ZONING AND SITE DESIGNATIONS OF 15 SITES WITHIN PHASE I (PUD-81-30-8M) WHEREAS, at its meeting of June 4, 1985, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for modification of the Hacienda Business Park Planned Unit Development (PUD-81-30) to amend land use, zoning an site designations of 15 sites within Phase I of the Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 14, 1985 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed modification; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed modification would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for modification of the Hacienda Business Park Planned Unit Development (PUD-81-30) to amend land use, zoning an site designations of 15 sites within Phase I of the Hacienda Business Park.
