(C) When the sixty (60) day period speciiied <br /> <br />in subparagraph (b) has expired, the building permit <br />restriction imposed by this paragraph 1 shall cease as to <br />the Project approved pursuant to this paragraph. <br /> <br /> 2. Effect. of Agreement on Sewer Permits. <br /> <br /> (a) The Sewer Permits. Two Hundred Thirty- <br /> <br />Four (234) Dwelling Unit Equivalents sewer-system connection. <br />permits ("Sewer Permits") are associated with the lands <br />comprising Property. Of these, One Hundred (100) of the <br />Dwelling Unit Equivalents permits were originally issued by <br />the Dublin-San Ramon Services District as Permit No. P-117 <br />on July 16, 1979. The remaining One Hundred Thirty-Four <br />(134) permits are part of Permit P-126. <br /> <br /> (b) court order; Deferment Agreement. All <br /> <br />Two Hundred Thirty-Four (234) Sewer Permits applicable to <br />the Property are subject to Alameda County Superior Court <br />Orders in Civil Action No. 423134, filed December 19, 1972 <br />("1972 Court Order"), and April 22, 1980 ("1980 Court <br />Order"). The 1972 Court Order establishes a three year time <br />limit ("three year period") for obtaining a building permit, <br />unless the three year period is tolled, pursuant to the <br />terms of Paragraph 8 of Exhibit B to the agreement attached <br />to and incorporated in the 1972 Court Order ("Court Order <br />Exhibit B").
