PUD-C-O (Planned Unit Development -Commercial-Office) District to the PUD-HDR/C <br />(Planned Unit Development -High Density Residential! Commercial) District, and <br />development plan approval to construct amixed-use, high-density residential/commercial <br />development at the site. <br />SECTION 2. The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be <br />filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br />SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on September 2, 2008. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the <br />2nd day of September 2008 by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
