78. The Building and Safety Division may require special inspections for the green <br />building measures proposed. If required, the applicant shall provide verification <br />to the Planning Division clearly stating that the Building and Safety Division has <br />inspected and approved all applicable special inspections relating to green <br />building measures. Said verification shall be provided prior to occupancy of the <br />home. <br />79. The applicant shall implement the following measures with the construction of the <br />apartment structures covered by this approval so that aroof-mounted <br />photovoltaic system can be installed in the future: <br />a. Install electrical conduit and pull string from the roof/attic areas to the <br />building's main electrical panels; <br />b. Engineer the roof trusses to handle an additional load as determined <br />by a structural engineer to accommodate the additional weight of a <br />prototypical photovoltaic system beyond that anticipated for roofing; <br />and <br />c. Provide an area near the electrical panel for the "inverter" required to <br />convert the direct current output from the photovoltaic panels to <br />alternating current. <br />These measures shall be indicated on the building permit plan sets. <br />Building Conditions <br />80. The buildings shall meet the applicable Title 24 state energy requirements. <br />81. All building and/or structural plans must comply with all codes and ordinances in <br />effect before the Building and Safety Division will issue permits. <br />82. The project developer shall submit a final map, a building survey, or record of <br />survey and a site development plan in accordance with the provisions of <br />Chapter 18.68 of the Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton. These plans <br />shall be approved by the Chief Building Official prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. The site development plan shall include all required information to design <br />and construct site, grading, paving, drainage, and utilities. Specific items to be <br />indicated on the site development plan necessary to construct the improvements <br />are to be in accordance with the City of Pleasanton Private Development Design <br />Guidelines adopted April 15, 1986. <br />83. The applicant shall submit 3 full-size sets of construction plans (wet-stamped and <br />signed), 2 sets of the necessary structural and Title 24 calculations, 2 copies of a <br />site specific soils report, and the completed Building Permit Questionnaire to the <br />13 <br />
