a. Consultant shall perform all work described in Ex- <br /> hibit "A", Proposal to Furnish Specialty Inspec- <br /> tors, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br /> b. Consultant shall meet with the Chief Public Works <br /> <br /> Inspector of the City, other pertinent agencies, <br /> and/or others as necessary to complete the scope of <br /> work. <br /> <br /> 3. City Services. In order to assist Consultant in this <br /> <br /> study City shall provide any existing plans as appropriate and <br /> necessary direction. <br /> <br /> 4. Staff. The Designated Inspector for Consultant shall be <br />Douglas McCloud. Consultant shall not replace Douglas McCloud <br />without the prior approval of the City. <br /> <br /> 5. Sufficiency of Consultant's Work. All services provided <br /> <br />by the Consultant's inspector shall be at the direction and <br />supervision of the City's Engineer in charge who shall be respon- <br />sible for assuring that all sevices provided are oerformed in <br />accordance with City policies and procedures and codes. <br /> <br /> 6. Ownership of Work. All records of inspection and all <br /> <br />other documents completed or partially completed by Consultant in <br />the performance of this agreement shall become the property of <br />City. <br /> <br /> 7. Term. It is recognized by both parties hereto that time <br /> <br />is of the essence. Consultant shall begin work upon receiving <br />authorization to proceed.
