Meeting with the City to determine final park program and components. <br /> <br />2. Preparation of construction documents consisting of p]ans and specifications for <br /> planting, irrigation, and site improvements, and construction cost estimates. <br /> <br />3. Delivery of reproducible mylars of final construction documents including all documents <br /> necessary for the City to call for bids. <br /> <br />4. Construction staking will be limited to providing one set of stakes each for rough <br /> grading, underground storm and sanitary sewers, curb and gutter, building, and paved <br /> parking areas. It shall not include staking for any landscape features or landscape <br /> improvements such as berms, planting, irrigation, sidewalks or electrical. Costs to <br /> replace stakes lost or destroyed will be an extra charge based on time and material. <br /> <br /> Exclusions and Clarifications: <br /> <br />1. Should the City require assistance in project and contract administration during the <br /> construction phase, LandUse would be pleased to offer its service for this as an <br /> extra service on a time and materials basis in accordance with our Per Diem Fee <br /> Schedule. <br /> <br />2. This proposal does not include on-site observation during park construction. We are <br /> prepared to provide this service as you may require, as an extra service on a time <br /> and materials basis in accordance with our Per Diem Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />3. Reproduction costs will be billed at cost plus 10%. <br /> <br />4. Boundary and topographic information shall be furnished by the City. <br /> <br />5. No lighting design is include. <br /> <br />6. Modifications or revisions to completed working drawings requested by the City will <br /> be considered extra work. <br /> <br /> <br />
