CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-249 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING <br /> TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING <br /> SECTION 11 TO ESTABLISH TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONES IN <br /> STANLEY BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 7, 1985, the City Council received <br /> and discussed a report (SR 85:232) from the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities related to a request to <br /> establish two-hour parking zones in Stanley Business <br /> Park; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 is hereby amended by adding the <br /> following subsections to Section 11 (Two Hour Parking <br /> Zones): <br /> <br /> "llc-1 California Avenue, on both sides, from Washington <br /> Street to Del Valle Parkway. <br /> <br /> lld-3 Del Valle Parkway, on the north side from Bernal <br /> Avenue to California Avenue. <br /> <br /> llw-1 Wyoming Street, on the west side, from Washington <br /> Street to Del Valle Parkway. <br /> <br /> llw-2 Wyoming Street, on the east side, from Washington <br /> Street to Utah Street. <br /> <br /> llu-1 Utah Street, on both sides, from Wyoming Street <br /> easterly." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
