CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-244 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A FOUR-STORY, OFFICE <br /> BUILDING ON APPROXIMATELY 2.8 ACRES AT 7090 JOHNSON <br /> DRIVE (PUD-85-5) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 7, 1985, the City Council received <br /> a proposed negative declaration for Planned Unit <br /> Development plan approval to construct a four-story, <br /> approximately 66,000 sq. ft. office building on an <br /> approximately 2.8 acre site located at 7090 Johnson <br /> Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated April 16, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plan <br /> approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plan would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Planned Unit <br /> Development plan approval to construct a four-story, <br /> approximately 66,000 sq. ft. office building on an <br /> approximately 2.8 acre site located at 7090 Johnson <br /> Drive. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
