CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-242 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD <br /> ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO DEVELOP A <br /> TWO-BUILDING OFFICE/RETAIL COMPLEX AT 450 MAIN STREET <br /> AND 400 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 7, 1985, the City Council received <br /> a proposed negative declaration for the application of <br /> Sente Associates Main Street and Clyde Vaughn for PUD <br /> zoning and development plan approval to develop a two <br /> building office/retail complex consisting of 20,004 sq. <br /> ft. and 22,440 sq. ft. structures at 450 Main Street and <br /> 400 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated April 1, 1985 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed zoning and <br /> development plan approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed zoning and <br /> development plan approval would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Sente Associates Main Street and Clyde Vaughn for PUD <br /> zoning and development plan approval to develop a two <br /> building office/retail complex consisting of 20,004 sq. <br /> ft. and 22,440 sq. ft. structures at 450 Main Street and <br /> 400 Main Street; and <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
