CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 85-233 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC <br /> REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 10 <br /> (ONE HOUR PARKING ZONES) BY ADDING SUBSECTION 10S-2 <br /> REGARDING ONE HOUR PARKING IN FRONT OF 126 SPRING STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, from time to time the Council has amended Resolution <br /> No.76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 7, 1985, the City Council received <br /> and discussed a report from the Director of Public Works <br /> and Utilities (SR 85:231) related to the request to <br /> limit parking to one hour in front of 126 Spring Street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by adding subsection 10s-2 as follows: <br /> <br /> "10s-2 Spring Street, on the south side between the two <br /> driveways located on either side of 126 Spring <br /> Street." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 7, 1985 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood ~~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> RCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />James JR~.
