The property encompasses <br />approximately 2'0+ acres and will be developed for a var- <br />iety of buildingS. The site was previously quarried and <br />has been sedimentally filled since that time, +Therefore <br />the work proposed will be directed forward evaluating the <br />soil profile within the site and will present mitigation <br />measures for a safe development of the property, The work <br />to be performed will include the following: <br /> <br /> a. A reconnaissance of the site by the Soil Engineer <br /> <br /> b. Drilling and sampling of the on-site subsurface <br /> soils. <br /> <br /> c.
