Listed herein are typical rates for the engineering services most frequently performed by Terrasearch, Inc. Prices for other services not listed will be given upon request, as well as special quotations for programs involving volume work. 2. Minimum Charges: Hours are billed portal to portal with a minimum of two hours for site observations, including but not limited to consultation, sampling, show-up time. Overtime, Saturday and Sunday will be charged at applicable premium rates. 3. All charges for mileage, nuclear testing equipment, individual tests performed in the field. are included in the hourly rates. 4. Invoices will be submitted on completion of a job and/or monthly and become due on presentation. In the absence of specific arrangements to the contrary, for jobs lasting longer than five weeks, monthly progress invoices will be submitted and become due on presentation. A 1V2% Finance Charge will be added monthly to past due amounts. Client agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees in the event legal action is taken to collect the amount.
